I know we've mentioned Masjin before but seeing as how Hempuli has been hard at work improving this little work of art, I thought it might be a good idea to mention that Masjin has received a few more updates since we last wrote about it.

Have I mentioned it's also awesome? For those who haven't heard about the game, Masjin is a 2D side-scrolling team-based platformer deathmatch sort of thing with vehicles and mining galore. There are different classes, upgrades to be purchased and a variety of insidious little weapons. It's slightly rough around the edges but don't let that deter you. Masjin is pretty darn spiffy.

I haven't played it since we featured it as a freeware game pick so I don't know what the updates have done. Nonetheless, looking through Hempuli's blog, it looks like Hempuli has rectified a number of bugs and added a few new features. Masjin now includes the ability to ban players, an improved mucus grenade, a new class and a number of things to improve general gameplay.

If you haven't already, go check it out.
