Japan's twice-a-year, three-day hobbyist extravaganza just wrapped. Comic Market 81, taking place at the Tokyo Big Sight convention center near Kokusai Tenjijou station, saw an attendance in the hundreds of thousands this winter.

Among those participating in the year-end festivities were Cave Story creator Daisuke Amaya and the music composers of XBLIG shooter Prismatic Solid, Shinji Hosoe and Ayako Saso.
