According to the Verge, Canadian programmer Renaud Bédard will be joining forces with Montreal-based audiovisual artist Aliceffekt and Henk Boom of Phosfiend Systems in their attempt to create the pastel-colored delight that is Waiting for Horus. First created as a diversion while waiting for Hawken, Waiting For Horus eventually took a life of its own. Intended for the PC and Mac, Waiting for Horus has been described as having 'the speed of Quake inside the world of Jet Set Radio'. I'm also fairly certain there's a hint of Ghost in the Shell nestled somewhere in there. Either way, I'm pretty excited about this one but then again, I generally just like an excuse to shoot things.
