Unlucky Gnome Gets Demoed

Writing about Unlucky Gnome has absolutely nothing to do with the nickname I seem to prefer. It has instead everything to do with the fact that the demo you can play (preferably in Chrome) by following the previous link is, despite its numerous problems, very promising. And features some lovely graphics.
You control a gnome that can move left, right and jump, and will have to avoid or even kill enemies. Things get interesting as said gnome is constantly being followed by a cloud that every so often discharges a lightning bolt the gnome has to avoid and preferably (also indirectly) use to kill most enemies. All this while jumping on a variety of platforms, climbing ladders and selecting the optimum route through each level.
Sadly though, things are far from perfect, and as the developers are still working on the game, here are a few suggestions: make sure that players can jump on and off ladders, fix the collision detection of bolts and clovers and, please, do get someone to properly translate the game (and its lovely introduction) in English.
Oh, and absolutely love that name.
