MagicalTimeBean's Ian Stocker has released a free and fully-featured HTML5 version of his Xbox Live Indie Games puzzle-platformer Escape Goat. If you want to play it, though, you should do so very soon, as the port will only remain available until September 9th.

Escape Goat is a single-screen action-puzzler in the vein of classics like Solomon's Key and Fire & Ice. Though the bulk of Escape Goat's gameplay tests player dexterity with tricky platforming, its puzzle elements require the creative use of a friendly mouse character, who is able to squeeze into tight spaces and trigger out-of-reach switches.

The HTML5 version includes over 40 new levels created by users. While the game will revert to a demo version after the 9th, players will still be able to create and share custom levels online. The full Windows version of Escape Goat (priced at $4.99) can be purchased here.
