"The game is similar to a Visual Novel, but also has difficult puzzles," developer John Watmuff explains. "The game has a futuristic/sci-fi user interface, and allows players to browse through different kinds of messages, log books, and images."
Watmuff continues: "But we also are creating some pretty hard puzzles that mirror the game Myst. The puzzles are not point-and-click puzzles, but are coded in a more text-adventure style."
It's a unique gameplay blend for sure -- should be interesting to see how this one shapes up! The full version of Anastasiya is set for release in the first quarter of 2013.
