In its first five days of operation, a Kickstarter project for One Dimension Games' real-time strategy/first-person shooter hybrid title Dysis has already earned support from over 250 backers, and has surpassed its funding goal of $5,000.

Dysis is a voxel-based, procedurally generated strategy game in which players issue squad commands from a third-person perspective. If you'd prefer a more hands-on approach, you can take control of a single unit and wage battle from a first-person view. Dysis also boasts a creative element, allowing players to build and destroy the surrounding environment as they see fit.

While the project's initial goal has been met, further pledges will fund the creation of additional features and gameplay environments, if milestones of $20,000 and $50,000 are surpassed. Beta access and a copy of the final product for Windows, Mac, or Linux will be given to backers who pledge $10 or more. Other pledge rewards include prototype access shortly after the Kickstarter campaign's conclusion ($20), t-shirts ($60), and personalized characters ($250).
