Eclipse Games has released the first screenshots of its upcoming Toy Cars follow-up Super Toy Cars, now in development for PC platforms.

Like its predecessor, Super Toy Cars is inspired by Codemasters' Micro Machines series, and presents a world in which miniature cars race around a series of tracks composed of everyday objects.

"There was a million things we wanted to do in Toy Cars we didn't manage to get in the box," Eclipse Games explains, noting that the sequel will feature "improvement in the handling model, more tracks with shortcuts, power-ups that alter the way you play the game, an improved and challenging career mode, [and] online multiplayer."

Eclipse Games also announced that it has successfully released its first PlayStation Mobile game, the Qix-like EcoFish, which is now available for the PlayStation Vita and supported Android devices.
