The Gravity Bone and Thirty Flights of Loving developer Blendo Games has shared some gameplay footage of its hard-to-categorize game, Quadrilateral Cowboy, scheduled to release for Windows in 2013. Because it uses the Doom3 engine, a Mac port "should (hopefully) be feasible," too, the developer recently stated on Twitter.

Not sure what to make of the footage above? "When you have a top-of-the-line hacking deck armed with a 56.6k modem and a staggering 256k RAM, it means just one thing: you answer only to the highest bidder," the game's web page insists.

As uncovered last year, players assume the role of a criminal who breaks into things, steals information, and gets out without being spotted. Players will learn code and commands to hack into various systems and learn how to use other tools "such as the projector, that displays a false image to fool guards and cameras," creator Brendon Chung shared.
