If you've been keeping up with Xbox Live Arcade since the early days of the Xbox 360, you may recall Void Star Creations' 2008 XBLA release Poker Smash, which presented a unique mash-up of traditional card games and competitive puzzlers. Void Star now seeks funding for a PC release via Kickstarter.
The PC version of Poker Smash will include the single-player Action Mode, Puzzle Mode, Practice Mode, and Theme Playlist Mode, along with competitive multiplayer tournaments for up to five players. An early PC test port is available here, if you want to check out the team's current progress.
In terms of backer rewards, Void Star Creations is offering keychains, t-shirts, and DRM-free downloads (along with Steam keys, if a Steam release is greenlit). As of this writing, the project has earned over $2,100 toward its funding goal of $7,500, with two weeks left in the campaign. Good luck, guys!
