Gaijin Games' multiplatform Runner 2 has a retro, recurring mini-game whenever you find a Commander Video cartridge. While those mini-game stages are finite trials, Gaijin's new browser-based CommanderVideo takes the art and mechanics and reworks them in into an endless runner. You'll need to jump, slide, kick, springboard, and block (or a combination of the two) through the endless forest, in an effort to go as far as possible on one life.
CommanderVideo is just a taste of Runner 2, which became a guilty pleasure for our own editor Gnome. Runner 2 is available on Windows, Mac, Wii U, PS3, and Xbox 360, with PS Vita and iOS versions coming soon.
