Christine Love's Analogue: A Hate Story follow-up Hate Plus has released on Steam for Windows, Mac, and Linux for $10 ($9 during launch). She describes it as a "very non-linear dark visual novel, all about transhumanism, cosplay, cake-baking, and the slow patriarchal erosion of freedoms taken for granted." Raide returns to do the sequel's art, and Isaac Schankler has created an all-new soundtrack.
Analogue: A Hate Story was an IndieCade 2012 finalist and an IGF 2013 honorable mention for excellence in narrative. "I don't normally like sequels, but Hate Plus is a lot more ambitious, weirder, and in-depth than Analogue, and hopefully you'll find it has something interesting to say!" she writes in.
