Playism Games has localized into English Petit Depotto's Japanese XBLIG RTS and apartment management sim Unholy Heights for Windows. Originally titled Mezon de Maou (The Devil's mansion), players act as the titular devil-landlord, providing shelter and tweaking the homes of various monsters to keep them as residents. Eventually, do-gooders find out of the evil dwellers, and the game switches from sim to tower defense, with the tenants helping defend their home.

Playism offers a free demo of Unholy Heights, and the full version is $3.99. Those who try the demo can transfer their save over to the full version. The gameplay details are charmingly illustrated over at the Playism site, so give them a glance while the free demo downloads.
