Spud's Quest and its 2D puzzle adventure glory now has a lengthy demo to try on Windows machines. I gave a write up of my experience with the full version, and now those who were unsure of the $8 price tag can sample its action platforming and time- and item-based puzzle solving before investing.

Developer Chris Davis tells me that the save demo should transfer easily to the full version. Those who purchase Spud's Quest will receive a GOG or Steam code, if the game is approved. The game is up on Steam Greenlight, and now you can sample it before giving it your thumb of approval.
