Treasure Adventure World, the commercial rehaul to the amazing 2011 freeware Treasure Adventure Game, has kicked off its own Kickstarter-style, pre-order campaign. Following in the footsteps of its publisher Chucklefish, who launched its own campaign for Starbound, Robit Studios has already raised $3,000 towards the efforts of finishing this open-world, sidescrolling platformer.
As shared in the above video, Treasure Adventure World will have remixed puzzles and new enemies, levels, and bosses, along with the showcased HD art. A $10 purchase grants a DRM-free copy of the Windows-based game upon completion, along with a Steam Greenlight key, if enough people vote for the game and Valve throws the switch.
