blek image.pngAustrian familial duo kunabi brother's first game, Blek, is a thoughtful puzzler where the stroke made on the screen infinitely repeats until it pops all the correct circles or runs into a bad black circle. Later puzzles have chain reactions, where popped circles emit the equivalent of bullets which often require timing to hit other objects.

The magic of Blek is not only the logic behind solving the puzzles; it's in watching my creativity come to life with precision. Making the stroke however simple or complex can be difficult across Blek's 60+ puzzles, with deadly black circles littering each screen, but these also seemed to exist to help train my brain how to draw the correct pattern.

Blek is available now for iPad for $2.99. The iPhone and iPod touch version will release on January 7.
