RectConnect is a free browser and Android game, which is a "simple puzzle game" about connecting like-colored squares. That simple feeling washes away as you work your way through 36 stages of brain bashing.
Using your mouse or finger, depending on your platform of play, you move any pieces that can move into one of four directions. The goal of having all the same colored pieces sticking together becomes harder when some pieces are stuck around "poles" (as in photo), when the obstacle black pieces appear (they don't have to be lumped together), and more.
You can press "R" to reset the puzzle if you've made it unsolvable, which at times may not be obvious and the game won't cue you in as to when you've hit that moment.
