Porpentine's latest creation is a replayable quick text game about an all-girl vampire tennis school on the moon entitled, Love is Zero. She tells me the game relates to a lot of teen issues, and the game warns that it will touch on topics such as eating disorders, fat hate, bullying, and misogyny.
Porpentine is always exploring different ways to play with hypertext. With Love is Zero, she explains, "clicking a link in Love is Zero doesn't travel to a new node, but instead adds words to a growing sentence, spatial navigation replaced by textual generation. Instead of driving a car various places, it's like walking up and down a train, seeing different scenery from different windows."
