Submitted to the Ludum Dare 48 hour and Game Maker Community Jam Competitions (devs have to double up these days with all the jams going on), Detective Pixel's Mind Therapy explores what lies beneath the surface of the human you control, trapped in a series of puzzles.
Shortly into the game, you realize that the body you have physically impairs you from completing any task. What works for one situation hinders you in another. Your battle with internal and external forces begins.
For 15 minutes or so of gameplay, this one left me to think for a lot longer about the daily routines I'm subjecting myself to, the purposes they still serve, and the reasons why I started doing them in the first place. What did your Mind Therapy session teach you about yourself?
