3. KDice

Originally conceived by Taro Ito of GameDesign as a single player strategy game, Ryan Dewsbury has taken the concept to new levels by adding online multiplayer, scoring system and chat features - all welcomed improvements to an already addictive time waster. A simple registration process is all that's required to start playing, and a user can always find an empty seat to join in one of the many maps available for conquest. (Wikipedia entry)
